  • 1 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 1 lb. fish, boneless
  • 1/2 lb. salt pork, cubed
  • 10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 gal. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Fry salt pork; saute onion.

    Boil potatoes in shallow water. Add margarine; mix all ingredients.

    Add scallops and fish.

    Add milk and bring to boil.

    Turn off.

    Cover and let set for 3 hours.
