  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 12 bacon slices
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • melted butter
  • green pepper chunks, drained

    Set oven control at broil and/or 550°.

    Broil kabobs 3 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes, turning once and basting with butter.
