- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 1 Tbsp. Chablis wine
- 1/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of white pepper
- 1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/3 c. crushed saltines
Directions

1Quarter clove of garlic and saute in butter until soft. Remove from butter and discard.

2Add chopped onion to garlic butter and saute lightly. Add scallops and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

3Add milk, thickened with flour.

4Add Chablis.

5Take entire mixture and pour into casserole.

6Cover with crumbs and sprinkle melted butter on top lightly. Bake at 400° until bubbly.
