- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 5 c. sliced potatoes
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Stir in flour and salt.

3Add milk, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens.

4Add potatoes; let boil, stirring constantly.

5Pour into greased casserole dish.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

7If desired, add parsley flakes and onion flakes.

8Crumble 1 slice of cheese and sprinkle on top.
