- 3 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 lb. scallops, cut finely or put through food processor
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. dill
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Slice French bread in thin slices.

2Set aside.

3Saute scallops, lemon zest and garlic in butter, then add dill.

4Let cool.

5Add Swiss cheese and mayo.

6Place on slices of French bread.

7Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 15 to 25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
