- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 lb. American cheese
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 bags salt crackers
Directions

1Take one 9 x 13-inch cake pan, layer bottom of cake pan with crackers.

2Then layer cabbage on top of crackers.

3Then put thin slices of butter on cabbage.

4Then put layers of cheese over butter, then fill pan with milk until you can see it.

5Bake at 350° until milk dries out of it.

6Salt and pepper to taste.
