  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil cabbage in water with salt and pepper.

    Drain off water; pour into greased baking dish a layer of cabbage, then a layer of cheese and cream of mushroom soup.

    Continue adding layers until ingredients are used.

    Cover top with cracker crumbs which may be mixed with a little melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
