- 2 qt. shredded cabbage
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Place layers of cabbage and eggs in a casserole dish, seasoned with salt and pepper and dot with butter.

2Make cream sauce using butter (melted); dissolve flour in butter and add milk and blend. Add salt and pepper and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over cabbage and eggs.

3Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
