- 1 chicken (I use chicken breast)
- 10 slices bread, toasted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook chicken in 3 cups water.

2Drain, reserving broth.

3Remove from bone, skin and dice.

4Break toasted bread into small pieces. Combine bread, chicken, eggs, oleo, celery and onion; mix well. Stir in broth, salt and pepper.

5Spread mushroom soup over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a 3-quart plate that has been greased with oleo.
