  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. bread cubes
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. fat
