- 17 oz. can cream style corn
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 1 tsp. butter
Directions

1Combine corn & milk. Stir in egg. Add 3/4 c. crumbs, pimento, onion, salt & pepper. Pour into oiled casserole dish. Melt butter in small skillet. Brown remainder of crumbs. Spread on top of corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
