  • 2 cans whole kernel corn (slightly drained)
  • 3/4 c. cream
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (toasted butter & wheat)
  • 1/2 stick real butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish, top with more cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
