- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt plus ground pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix corn, eggs, milk, oil, salt and pepper.

2Stir in cornbread mix; put in 9 x 9-inch or 1 1/2-quart size baking pan.

3Top with cheese.

4Bake 45 minutes at 350°; let set a few minutes after removing from oven.
