  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt plus ground pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix corn, eggs, milk, oil, salt and pepper.

    Stir in cornbread mix; put in 9 x 9-inch or 1 1/2-quart size baking pan.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°; let set a few minutes after removing from oven.
