- 2 c. cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (10 to 12 soda crackers)
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Put the crackers in a plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin to make the crumbs.

2Set aside.

3Mince the onion.

4Set aside. Break egg in mixing bowl and beat. Add corn, onion, milk, salt and pepper to egg in mixing bowl.

5Pour into greased baking dish.

6Dot with margarine.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
