  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 or 4 c. corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions

    Mix together all of the ingredients.

    Place into a greased casserole dish.

    Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown, 50 to 60 minutes.
