- 1 1/2 c. undrained whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Drain corn and enough cream to make 1 cup.

2Melt butter.

3Stir in flour, salt and pepper.

4Add liquid gradually, stirring constantly.

5Cook until thickened.

6Remove from heat and stir in corn and eggs.

7Pour into a greased 10 x 6-inch casserole dish. Mix melted butter into crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over corn mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
