  • 1 small can (whole kernel), drained
  • 1 large can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp. butter

Directions

    Heat corn and milk; gradually add egg and seasonings. Add 1 1/4 cups cracker crumbs. Mix well and pour in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and melted butter over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
