- 1 large can cream-style corn
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 well beaten egg
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp. butter
Directions

1Heat corn and milk; gradually add egg and seasonings. Add 1 1/4 cups cracker crumbs. Mix well and pour in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and melted butter over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
