  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. crushed crackers
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

    Beat eggs until frothy.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Put in well greased 1-quart casserole dish.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° until set or until knife comes out clean.
