- 2 cans or 1 lb. can creamed corn
- 1 can milk
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. mined onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Directions

1Heat corn and milk.

2Gradually stir in beaten egg and next four ingredients and dash of pepper.

3Mix well.

4Pour into greased baking dish.

5Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
