  • 1 (15 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Directions

    Mix all and place in 7 x 11-inch glass dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 300°
