  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)

Directions
