  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Saute green onions in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350°, uncovered, 1 hour and 10 minutes.
