- 1 can whole white corn (remove some water)
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Peel potatoes if the skin is tough, otherwise just scrub and rinse them.

2Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.

3Use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.

4Put potatoes in a baking dish; fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.

5Sprinkle with herbs.
