- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions

1Mix melted margarine, egg and sour cream; stir in both cans of corn.

2Add Jiffy mix and mix together well.

3Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
