- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 large can whole corn, drained
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 stick margarine

1Mix everything except margarine.

2Pour into casserole pan, then cut up margarine on top of mixture.

3Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until desired color of toasty brown.
