Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 large can whole corn, drained
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix everything except margarine.

    Pour into casserole pan, then cut up margarine on top of mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until desired color of toasty brown.
