  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn or Niblets, drained
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. corn bread mix
  • minced onions

    In large casserole dish, beat eggs; add corn and mix.
