- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons pimiento
- 34 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- 12 cup cracker crumb, buttered
Directions

1Heat corn and milk.

2Stir in egg; then other ingredients; mix well.

3Pour in greased 8-inch dish.

4Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top of mixture in dish.
