- 1 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. saltine crackers
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. milk
- butter
Directions

1Mix both cans of corn, egg, salt and pepper together.

2In a casserole dish spread a layer of mix and then cover it with crushed crackers until covered.

3Repeat again and top it off with 2 tablespoons of butter and then pour milk in.

4It will just cover the bottom.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
