  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 c. saltine crackers (crumbs)
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. saltine crackers

    In saucepan, combine corn and milk; heat through.

    Gradually stir in egg.

    Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.
