- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. saltine crackers (crumbs)
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. saltine crackers
Directions

1In saucepan, combine corn and milk; heat through.

2Gradually stir in egg.

3Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.

4Mix well. Pour into greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch round baking dish.
