- 1 pt. oysters
- 2 c. medium coarse cracker crumbs (approximately 46 crackers)
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

2Combine crumbs and butter.

3Spread 1/3 of crumbs in an 8 x 1/2-inch round pan.

4Cover with half of oysters.

5Sprinkle with pepper.

6Using another 1/3 of the crumbs, spread a second layer; cover with remaining oysters. Sprinkle with pepper.

7Combine cream, reserved oyster liquid, salt and Worcestershire.

8Pour over oysters.

9Top with remaining crumbs.

10Bake in oven at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.
