  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed butter crackers

Directions

    Drain the pineapple juice into a bowl. Add the sugar and flour and mix well. Stir in the pineapple chunks and cheese. Spoon into a casserole. Top with the cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
