- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. skim milk, scalded
- 1 c. chicken broth
- paprika
Directions

1Place 1/3 of potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.

2Place 1/3 of onion on top of potatoes.

3Mix flour, salt and pepper.

4Sprinkle 1/3 of this mixture on top of onion.

5Repeat layers twice.

6Pour hot milk and chicken broth over all.

7Cover.

8Bake at 375° for 1 1/4 hours.

9Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.

10Sprinkle with paprika.
