- 6 c. raw potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 (3 oz.) jar pimento
- 1 medium onion, chopped coarsely
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- milk
Directions

1Put half of potatoes in greased casserole, layer in ingredients ending with cheese on top.

2Pour in enough milk so you can see it down in, but not covering pot.

3Bake in preheated 350°

4oven 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are well cooked.
