- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/3 stick margarine
Directions

1Heat all ingredients except potatoes.

2Layer potatoes in a casserole dish.

3Pour heated mixture over the potatoes.

4Cover with 8 ounces of shredded Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
