  • 1/2 lb. processed cheese (Velveeta)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Peel and slice potatoes into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
