- 6 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. celery, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 lb. cheese
- about 1 c. milk
Directions

1Place one layer of potatoes (thinly sliced) into a pan. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.

2Add 1/2 of the celery, chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper.

3Add another layer of potatoes and top with the remaining 1/2 celery, onions and green pepper.

4Sprinkle with parsley flakes.

5Add salt and pepper as desired.

6Place strips of cheese on top of other ingredients.

7Mix about 3 tablespoons cornstarch with one cup milk and pour over mixture.

8Bake at 350° until done.
