- approximately 6 c. sliced potatoes
- 2 medium-size onions, sliced into rings
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 6 slices bacon, fried crisp
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet green pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- milk
Directions

1Arrange one layer of potatoes in bottom of deep baking dish, then layer of onion rings, sprinkled with flour, pepper and salt. Repeat until potatoes and onions are used.

2Cut a stick of butter in 6 pieces.

3Crush the bacon.

4Sprinkle bacon and chopped green peppers on top of potatoes and onions.

5Add enough milk to cover the mixture.

6Dot the top with chunks of butter.

7Bake approximately 1 hour in 350° oven or until tender.

8Serves approximately 10 to 12.
