- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil potatoes in saucepan until almost tender.

2Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in the blender until smooth and creamy.

3Place cooked potatoes in baking dish; pour sauce over them and dot with butter.
