- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 shredded sharp cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

3In prepared baking dish, alternate layers of thinly sliced potatoes, onion, cheese, salt, pepper and butter.

4Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes.

5Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
