- 2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
- 3 or 4 slices toast, cut in cubes
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Season tomatoes with onion, salt and pepper.

2In a 1-quart casserole dish, alternate tomatoes and toast cubes, having toast for top layer.

3Pour butter over and bake at 375° until heated, about 20 minutes.
