- 1 can Whole Tomatoes, Large
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 3 cups Soft Bread Cubes
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1/2 sticks Butter, Cut In Small Pieces

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Mix first 5 ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Put in a greased baking dish. Add butter on top. Bake for 1 hour.

3Note: Fresh tomatoes can be substituted. Use 1-2 lbs. fresh chopped tomatoes, adding tomato juice as needed. Texture should be slightly wetter than a stuffing or dressing.
