  • 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 c. bread cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Drain tomatoes; reserve liquid.

    Heat the liquid to boiling. Add bouillon cube until dissolved.

    Add tomatoes, onion, celery, salt and bread cubes.

    Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.

    Dab top with butter.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
