- 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 c. bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Drain tomatoes; reserve liquid.

2Heat the liquid to boiling. Add bouillon cube until dissolved.

3Add tomatoes, onion, celery, salt and bread cubes.

4Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.

5Dab top with butter.

6Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
