- 2 c. peeled and cooked fresh or canned tomatoes
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. minced onion or green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Season tomatoes with salt, onion and pepper.

2Fill baking dish with crumbs and tomatoes, in alternate layers, with crumbs on top. Dot with butter.

3Bake at 350° for half hour.

4May sprinkle cheese on top.
