- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
- 2 c. potato chips, lightly crushed
Directions

1Cook celery and green pepper in 1 tablespoon butter.

2Remove mixture from pan.

3Melt remaining butter in pan.

4Blend in flour and salt.

5Remove from heat.

6Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.

7Cook until mixture thickens.

8Add turkey, celery, green pepper and pimento.
