- 20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (no potatoes)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
- 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
Directions

1Add onion to mixed vegetables and cook until barely tender. Drain.

2Add margarine and cheese.

3Stir until blended.

4Put in oblong casserole dish.

5Crumble Ritz crackers and 1/4 stick margarine and top casserole.

6Bake 30 minutes at 325°.
