- 1 pound bay scallops baby
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons chives or green onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley finely minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- garlic powder
Directions

1Wash and drain scallops.

2Saute scallops, onions, parsley and garlic powder to taste in butter, about 2 minutes.

3Add white wine.

4Simmer about 10 minutes to reduce liquid.

5Serve with fettuccine or rice.
