- 1/2 lb. sea scallops, rinsed or soaked in milk
- 12 bacon strips, partially cooked
- teriyaki sauce
Directions

1Cut large scallops in half.

2Wrap each scallop in 1/2 strip of bacon.

3Secure with toothpick.

4Sprinkle teriyaki sauce over all. Place in baking dish and bake at 425°, turning once for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.

5Serve with sweet-and-sour sauce.
