- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Toss scallops in flour, salt and pepper.

2Melt butter in medium skillet.

3Cook scallops 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Sprinkle with lemon juice.

5Spoon scallops over bed of rice.

6Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
