Ingredients
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1/3 c. salad or olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 lb. linguini, cooked
- grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In heavy frypan, saute onion, garlic and parsley in oil until onion is tender, but not browned.

2Add scallops and simmer, turning often, until cooked (about 10 minutes).

3Season to taste, sprinkle hot, cooked linguini liberally with cheese.

4Spoon scallop mixture over all.

5Serves 4 to 6.
