- 1 lb. scallops
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1In large skillet, heat vegetable oil and butter.

2Add garlic and saute 1 minute.

3Add scallops, toss and saute until opaque, 3 to 4 minutes.

4Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4.
